Did you know every three minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer? St. Christopher School will be participating in its 4th annual St. Baldrick's event to raise money for childhood cancer research.
Over 35 students, including 7 GIRLS, will be shaving their heads. We have raised over $85,000 in the first three years that we have had this event, and are trying to raise over $30,000 to break last year’s record.
We honor our student Alexis Haylor who is more than 5 years cancer free, two students in maintenance - Shane Haddad and Ryan Walther, and 4 Angels who lost their battle - Anna, Maria, Anthony, and Michael.
Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 8:30 am we will be hosting the event in our school’s parish center. It will be filled with Irish excitement including music and dancing. Ichiban Salon will join us to brave the shave.
We all believe strongly in supporting kids with cancer and St. Baldrick’s research for childhood cancer.
